Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour, type 405
  • 500 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs until creamy. Gradually add the flour. Thin with lukewarm water. The batter should flow easily from a spoon. Let the batter rest for 2 hours before baking so the flour can swell. Bake in a croissant pan.
