Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cucumber(s)
  • 400 g zucchini (yellow if possible)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Herbs (parsley, rosemary, chives, dill)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thinly slice the cucumber and zucchini and arrange evenly on 4 plates. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the herbs and make a dressing with the honey and olive oil. Drizzle over the slices. Finely dice the tomatoes and finely grate the feta cheese. Arrange them on the plates.
