Curry sauce for fondue

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 shots of condensed milk
  • 2 tsp currant jelly
  • some sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and condensed milk together. Add the redcurrant jelly and curry powder and mix well. Once everything is well blended, season with a little lemon juice and sugar. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 1 hour and then season again.
