Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- ½ tsp sugar
- 500 g spelt flour
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
from the Thermomix
Mix all ingredients together. Pour the dough into the Thermomix: 2 minutes, grain setting.
