Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ jar water, hot
- ½ jar milk, room temperature
- 1 jar oil
- 1 pack of cream
- 1 yeast
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- Flour, as much as the dough absorbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Mix hot water with the milk and let it warm to lukewarm. Dissolve the yeast in it. Then mix in the cream, milk, oil, egg, salt, and sugar, and stir everything thoroughly. Then stir in the flour (as much as the liquid absorbs) and knead for about 15 minutes. Let it rest in a warm place for 1-1/2 hours. Roll out the dough very thickly, ideally.
