Pasta with mushrooms, bacon and wild garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g spaghetti
  • salt water
  • 250 g mushrooms of your choice
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 15 leaves of wild garlic, fresh
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the mushrooms into smaller pieces. Using a sharp knife, chop the wild garlic into fairly small pieces. Cook the pasta as usual in salted water. Add the mushrooms and the bacon cubes to a hot pan with a little oil. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add the crème fraîche and heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms to the cooked pasta. Then add the wild garlic and mix everything together. Serve with a delicious wine, and the evening can begin…
