Potato-spinach-pizza with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 400 g creamed spinach (frozen)
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the creamed spinach. Peel the potatoes and carrots and coarsely grate them using a grater. Add 4 eggs and 3 tablespoons of flour, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 minutes. Spread the spinach over the potato mixture, cut the smoked salmon into strips, and arrange them on top of the spinach. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Reduce the oven to 180°C (fan oven) and bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes.
