Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely grated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 dashes Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Marinate the meat pieces in it about 1 hour before grilling.
