Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- ½ onion(s), diced
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can of tuna, natural
- 100 ml sauce (Thousand Island)

Trim the bell pepper and peel the onion. Dice both. Drain the corn and tuna, then shred the tuna with a fork. Mix everything together with the sauce in a bowl and serve.
