Roll out the pizza dough with the paper on a baking sheet and let it rest for about 10 minutes to rise. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220°C. Meanwhile, grate the cheese into a bowl and cut the well-drained pineapple slices into even pieces. Once the dough has risen, spread the tomato puree over it, sprinkle with oregano, then spread the grated cheese evenly over it and alternate the ham and salami slices. Finally, scatter the pineapple pieces evenly over the dough. Bake in the middle rack of a well-preheated oven at 220°C for about 17 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve with a mixed salad.
