Olive oil with oregano, thyme and honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Combine oil, honey, lemon juice, and water in a tall bowl and mix. Add the thyme and oregano and blend thoroughly with a hand blender for 2-3 minutes. It tastes great with roasts, friladelles, and smoked pork.
