Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g chocolate (2 bars milk and 1 dark)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 500 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then whisk the eggs, orange juice, and rum in a double boiler until frothy, then add the melted chocolate. Finally, carefully fold the chocolate mixture into the cream. Now refrigerate.
