Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 80 g margarine, soft
- 240 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 180 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla pulp
- 120 g chocolate, in pieces

Preheat oven to 180°C. Slowly melt the dark chocolate and margarine in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into a 20x20x5 cm baking dish and bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the dough begins to pull away from the pan. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into 5×5 cm pieces. Tip: These brownies are delicious while still warm!
