Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 5 eggs
- 6 dumplings, cooked
- some butter or margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Leftovers
Crack the eggs and prepare the diced bacon. Then roll the dumplings in the beaten egg and then in the bacon. Heat a pan with butter or margarine and fry the dumplings for 5-10 minutes. Tip: The dumplings can be eaten with spinach or bread/rolls. Tip: It doesn’t matter what kind of bacon you use; you can use any bacon.
