Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced pork
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg(s), as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the minced meat in a bowl. Peel the onion and add it finely chopped. Wash the bunch of parsley, pat dry, and finely chop, leaving a few sprigs for garnish. Mix with the meat mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat an egg, if desired, and mix in. Garnish with parsley. Serve with fresh rolls or hearty farmhouse bread.
