Just something different

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Cut the beef into thin strips and coat in about 1-1.5 tablespoons of flour. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic, along with the floured meat. Fry until the onions are translucent and the meat is seared. After 1-2 minutes, deglaze with the cream and stock. Season to taste with 3-5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Reduce the sauce slightly, if desired. Serve warm with the pasta.
