Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 200 g sour cream
  • broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain through a sieve. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef and onion in a large pot. Add the sour cream and season with broth and mustard. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, let it stand for a moment, and serve immediately. Tip: The quantities can be adjusted to taste.
