Yogurette ice cream

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 40 g sugar
  • 8 chocolate bars (Yogurette)
  • 350 g whole milk yogurt
  • 200 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for the ice cream machine

Combine the yogurt, cream, and sugar in a bowl. Wash and puree the strawberries. Add the strawberry puree to the yogurt mixture in a bowl and stir well. Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker and let it chill for about 30 minutes. Crush the bars with a knife, add them to the ice cream maker about 10 minutes before the end of the process, and let it churn.
