Potato pizza with tomato, mozzarella and bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 200 g potatoes, boiled, sliced
  • 200 g mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella), cut into small pieces
  • 200 g tomato(s), sliced
  • 100 g smoked bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Garlic powder or fresh garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread with crème fraîche and sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Then top with the thinly sliced ​​potatoes (pre-cooked for about 10 minutes), the tomato slices, and the mozzarella cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the bacon in small pieces and sprinkle with the Gouda cheese. Season with garlic powder or fresh garlic, if desired. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
