Potato and salami pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g butter
  • Flour
  • 900 g potatoes, floury, diced
  • Herbs
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 50g salami
  • fried onions
  • 125g mozzarella
  • Edam cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Grease and flour a baking or pizza tray. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and mash. In a bowl, combine with butter, herbs, and egg. Spread the potato mixture on the pizza tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 10 minutes, until the crust begins to firm up. Spread the passata on the crust. Sprinkle the salami and fried onions over the tomato topping. Finally, scatter the mozzarella and grated cheese on top. Return the pizza to the oven for another 15 minutes, until the crust is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
