Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 150 g low-fat curd cheese
- 6 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 packet of cream of tartar or baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- some milk for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
ideal as a side dish to stews and soups
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Knead all ingredients into a firm yet elastic dough and form 6 rolls. Bake on the middle rack for approximately 15-20 minutes. About one minute before the end of the baking time, brush the rolls with milk. This will give them a nice shine. Serve with a hearty pea soup.
