Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 150 g iceberg lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 orange(s)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), red

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse, peel, and quarter. Slice the mushrooms, sauté in a little olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Dice the tomatoes, cooked ham, and feta cheese. Cut the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place everything in a salad bowl. Mix the freshly squeezed juice of the orange and half a lemon with the honey to make a marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the red onion and add it to the marinade along with the chives and parsley. Pour the marinade over the salad and mix gently.
