McMoe's colorful pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g pasta (croissants)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • 100 g corn kernels (can)
  • 150 g cucumber(s)
  • 3 small gherkins
  • 1 small red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 pair of sausages (Wiener)
  • 100 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda)
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

We serve it at barbecues and birthday parties; it always tastes good

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, rinse in cold water, and drain well. Drain the corn as well. Dice the cucumber, gherkin, and bell pepper. Slice the sausage diagonally and cut the cheese into strips. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and chop. Place everything in a bowl with the pasta. Mix the vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the salad. Mix the crème fraîche with the sour cream, ajvar, and lemon juice and serve over the salad.
