Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g bacon
- a few stalks of chives
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- possibly herb butter
- some milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the bacon into small cubes, chop the garlic and chives, and toss with olive oil. Let it stand for a while. Pour the eggs into a pan with salt, pepper, and pasture-fed milk, heat, and mix thoroughly. Add the bacon, garlic, and chives and cook until cooked through. If desired, add a knob of herb butter. Serve with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, seasoned with salt and pepper.
