Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 ml cream
  • 1 small chorizo
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • ¼ bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the peppers, tomatoes, and chorizo, slice the onion into rings, and sauté everything, adding garlic if desired. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg and cream into the pan and, when it begins to set, place it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) until completely set. Serve with salad and bread of your choice.
