Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
simply
Whisk the eggs with a splash of milk and season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, spring onions, and chives. Preheat the pan with a little oil. Divide the egg mixture into two portions to make two omelets. Meanwhile, preheat another pan with a little oil. Cut the mushrooms and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and fry them individually in the preheated pan. Then fry the Nuremberg sausages and bacon. Fry all ingredients separately so they don’t mix and can be used individually later for toppings. Heat the can of baked beans in a pan. Place the two omelets on two plates and spread with the heated baked beans. Divide the sausages, mushrooms, bacon, and tomatoes between a quarter of the omelet, season to taste, and enjoy.
