Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 4 sausages
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 150 g mushrooms
- ½ cup sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Chop the vegetables and mushrooms and slice the sausages. Fry the sausage slices in a little oil. Then add the mushrooms and simmer for a while. Then add the remaining vegetables. Depending on how soft or firm you like them, peel them to the desired consistency. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Season the contents of the pan with salt and pepper. Add the sour cream. Thin with water and thicken with flour. You can vary the amount as desired. Finally, sprinkle with parsley. Serve with rice. Baguette would go just as well with this, as would fusilli or fried potatoes.
