Zucchini – chopped with tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced pork
  • 1 large zucchini, or alternatively three small ones
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the zucchini and tomatoes. Sauté the ground beef and zucchini until the desired browning is achieved. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the cream and cook for about 2 more minutes. Serve with rice.
