Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 small apricots, ripe
- 2 Kasseler cutlets
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 tbsp apricot jam
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with fresh apricots and white wine
First, halve and pit the apricots. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlets for about 1 minute on each side until light brown. Deglaze with white wine and 100 ml water and bring to a boil briefly. Add the apricots and apricot jam, season with salt, and cover. Sauté for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Serve with a fresh salad, mushy peas, or fried snap peas, for example.
