Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) bread(s) (wholemeal bread)
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • some lettuce
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 100 g steak(s), (minute steaks)
  • some tomato peppers, ad jar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Wash the spring onions and slice them into rings. Mix with the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese on the bread. Heat oil in a pan. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Top the bread slices with lettuce. Place the meat and pepper strips on top. Cover with the second slice of bread.
