For the savory version, first cut off the “lid” of a whole-wheat roll and carefully hollow it out with your hand. For the filling, spread the cream cheese on the roll, then wrap the bottom and sides with bacon. Halve the tomato, remove the seeds, and cut into very small cubes. Now place the diced tomatoes in the roll and crack in the egg. Season with salt and spread the diced mozzarella over the egg. Bake the roll uncovered in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20-30 minutes. For the sweet version, meanwhile, cut the next whole-wheat roll in half and spread with cream cheese. Slice the pear lengthwise and top the roll halves with slices. Drizzle with 15g of honey. 658 kcal per serving
