Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 apples, sour
- some lemon juice
- 1 cup(s) apple juice
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- e.g. vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 1 dash of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and core the apples, cut them into wedges, drizzle with lemon juice, and place them in a saucepan. Pour in the apple juice, season with cinnamon powder and vanilla sugar, and sauté the apple slices. Meanwhile, whisk the low-fat yogurt with the cream until smooth, season with cinnamon powder, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Arrange the apple slices decoratively, drizzle with the yogurt, garnish, and serve immediately.
