Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 ½ kg potatoes
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 g flour
- Oil for frying

Peel and wash the potatoes. Then grate them directly into a bowl. Add the two eggs, salt, and flour, and mix well – adding a little more if needed. The mixture should form a mashed potato, not too thick. Heat oil in a pan and add the mashed potatoes in batches. Flatten slightly with a spoon and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
