Schupfnudel pan with mushrooms and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 180 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • some oil
  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 1 tbsp, heaped herb cream cheese
  • 150 ml cooking cream or whipping cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel the onion and dice it. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in a pan with a little oil. Add the potato dumplings and cook for about 4 minutes over medium heat. Finally, add 1 heaped tablespoon of herb cream cheese and whipped cream, and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
