Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of mango(s) or 2 fully ripe fresh mangoes
- 50 g sugar
- 50 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ vanilla pod(s)

for the ice cream machine
Scrape out the seeds from half the vanilla pod and mix them into the sugar. If you prefer a more vanilla flavor, you can also use the whole pod. Drain the mango juice (peel fresh mangoes, remove the stones, and cut into small pieces) and place the mango segments in a bowl. Now add all the remaining ingredients to the mangoes and puree. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze thoroughly.
