Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 2 packs of sweet cream, sweet
  • 6 eggs, including the yolk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • Rum flavor
  • 2 cl Pitu (Aguardente de Cana) (Brazilian sugar cane liquor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a double boiler. Cool it in a cold water bath. Whisk the cream. Whisk the egg yolks. Add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar to the melted chocolate, then carefully fold in the cream. Add the rum flavoring and pitu. Place in the freezer and stir every hour (2-3 times). Use only the freshest eggs. I always get them directly from the farmer.
