Pork Tenderloin with Fruit

The perfect pork tenderloin with fruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Pork tenderloin
  • Vegetable fat
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 480 g Canned peach
  • 3 Bananas
  • 500 ml Whipped cream
  • 6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 200 g Grated Gouda
  1. Rinse the pork tenderloin under running water, pat dry and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the fat, fry the flitet in portions, season with salt and pepper and place in a large baking dish.
  3. Drain the peaches, cut into wedges, peel the bananas, cut into slices. Mix the fruit with the meat.
  4. Mix the cream, ketchup and curry and spread over the meat. Spread the cheese over it.
  5. Put the baking dish in the oven.
  6. Cook at 180 degrees convection for about 30 to 45 minutes.
