Pork Tenderloin with Fruit
The perfect pork tenderloin with fruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1,5 kg Pork tenderloin
- Vegetable fat
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 480 g Canned peach
- 3 Bananas
- 500 ml Whipped cream
- 6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- Rinse the pork tenderloin under running water, pat dry and cut into slices.
- Heat the fat, fry the flitet in portions, season with salt and pepper and place in a large baking dish.
- Drain the peaches, cut into wedges, peel the bananas, cut into slices. Mix the fruit with the meat.
- Mix the cream, ketchup and curry and spread over the meat. Spread the cheese over it.
- Put the baking dish in the oven.
- Cook at 180 degrees convection for about 30 to 45 minutes.
