- Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core and dice. Halve the orange and lemon and squeeze out the juice. Peel the ginger, cut into pieces and later squeeze out through the garlic press. Put all ingredients (apple cubes, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger juice and 1 teaspoon turmeric ground) in a mixing bowl, mix well, fill into a glass and place in the refrigerator until ready to use. It is best to drink the contents in small sips over a day.
