Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat half/half
- 4 carrots
- 1 stalk(s) celery
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ liter broth
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 can/n tomatoes in pieces, with garlic
- 250g basmati
- 3 drops of Tabasco
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Minced meat – vegetables – pot with rice
Wash and peel the vegetables. Slice the carrots. Prepare the remaining vegetables in strips or cubes. Sauté the finely diced onion and ground beef and season well. Add the carrots, celery, and about 1/2 liter of broth and simmer. Add the peppers and a can of tomatoes with garlic and simmer. Add a little more broth if needed. Season to taste with the spices and tomato paste and finish with Tabasco. Cook the rice according to the package instructions and serve.
