Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tsp mustard, mild
  • ½ jar mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

mom’s way

Hard-boil the eggs. Peel and finely dice. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the finely diced gherkins and onion to the eggs. Add two teaspoons of mild mustard, 1/2 jar of mayonnaise, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. Gently mix everything together and season to taste.
