Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 150 g pineapple, drained and weighed
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs, dried
  • 2 rolls (to taste ätter dough, from the refrigerated section
  • possibly cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

makes about 40 pieces

Finely slice the ham and pineapple. Mix with cream cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Unroll the puff pastry, spread half of the cream cheese and pineapple mixture on it, and spread evenly. Unroll and cut into approximately 20 slices. Transfer the snails to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry and the remaining half of the mixture. Bake the snails in the oven for 19-20 minutes. The snails can be eaten hot or cold.
