Puff pastry parcels with ham and cream cheese

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 400 g ham
  • 3 large onions, diced
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 pts. puff pastry, square

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Toast the ham, diced onion, and parsley, season with salt and pepper, and let cool. Mix with the cream cheese and season again. Thaw the puff pastry squares, fill with the mixture, seal, and brush with egg yolk. Bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes.
