Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat
- Spice mix, Maggi No. 5
- ½ liter of water
- 1 cube of meat broth, clear
- ½ tbsp mustard
- 200 g pasta (spirelli)
- 150 g sour cream
- Parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the peeled onion. Heat the oil. Brown the minced meat and onions in it. Season with the spice mix. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Dissolve the stock cube in it. Add the mustard and pasta. Cook over low heat until the pasta is tender but still firm to the bite. Stir in the sour cream, season to taste, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
