Strawberry marzipan ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, diced
  • 700 ml whipped cream
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 g raw marzipan mixture, grated
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

really nice and creamy

Bring the vanilla pod, seeds, and cream to a boil, then cool completely. Finely puree the strawberries with the marzipan and powdered sugar. Add the vanilla cream. Set in an ice cream maker or freeze. Stir occasionally, otherwise it will become very hard!
