Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s) or turkey breast fillet
- 1 cup of cream, 1 pkt. small pita pockets (wheat, 6 pieces)
- 1 bunch arugula
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt
- pepper
- some broth
- some oil (sunflower oil)
- possibly sauce thickener if required
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the meat into small cubes or strips. Sear it in hot sunflower oil. Deglaze with the cream and let it reduce slightly. Season to taste with honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and a little broth. Stir in a sauce thickener, if desired. Meanwhile, wash the arugula and toast the pita pockets. Finally, fill the pita pockets with the chicken breast fillet and arugula and serve.
