Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 hamburger buns with sesame seeds
- 12 fish fingers, frozen
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 2 gherkins
- 1 apple
- 8 tsp, heaped remoulade

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Different but brilliant
Bake the burger buns and toast the inside of each one. This will prevent the remoulade from making the bun soggy. Fry the fish fingers in a pan until golden brown. Wash the apple and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion and slice into thin rings. Wash the lettuce and tear it into suitable pieces. Now it’s time for the toppings. Spread 1 teaspoon of remoulade on each of the top and bottom halves of the bun. Spread lettuce, 3 fish fingers, apple, onion, and pickled gherkin in your choice of quantity on the bottom half of the bun. Place the top half of the bun on top and press down firmly. Serve with fries or potato wedges.
