  • 15 g fresh yeast (or 1 tsp dry yeast)

thin, crispy and guaranteed to succeed!

Combine fresh yeast, water, and sugar in a bowl (or sprinkle the dried yeast into the water and gently stir with a whisk to dissolve it). Let this mixture rest in a warm place at approximately 25°C for about 10-15 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface. Then stir in the olive oil. Sift the flour and salt into another bowl, make a well in the center, and carefully pour in the yeast mixture. Knead all ingredients for about 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Then place the dough in a greased freezer bag and let it rise in a warm place (again, approximately 25°C) for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in size. Preparation in a bread maker: Place all ingredients (the water first!) in the bread maker and select the “Dough” program. After adding the toppings, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes.
