Tosca – Apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples, sour
  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 60 g sugar
  • 85 g sugar
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and core the apples. Bring water, lemon juice, and sugar to a boil. Add the apples and let them sit for about 8 minutes; they should not fall apart. Remove the apples and place them in a buttered baking dish. Cream the softened butter and sugar until fluffy and stir in the remaining ingredients. Spread the Tosca batter over the apples. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the batter is a beautiful golden brown.
