Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 grapefruit(s)
  • 1 small tomato(s)
  • 50 g North Sea crabs, fresh
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 2 slice(s) toast bread, wholemeal or wheat

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Halve the grapefruit, scoop out the flesh, carefully peel off the white membrane, and dice the flesh. Mix with the diced tomato and North Sea crab. Fill the grapefruit halves with everything, pour the marinade over the top, and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Toast the bread and serve it cut into triangles.
