Sour cream potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the potatoes and cook in their jacket potatoes for about 35-40 minutes. Peel and dice the potatoes after cooking. Meanwhile, wash the chives, shake them dry, and cut them into fine rolls. Cut the ham into small cubes. Heat the sour cream with milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the potatoes and ham and heat briefly. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with a green salad. Tip: This also works well with day-old jacket potatoes. This way, it’s ready super quickly.
